[Sticky] Welcome & forum rules – please read

Welcome to the Kávová pohotovosť community!

This is a place to ask for repair help, find parts, talk about coffee, and share your experience, whether you're a customer, a DIY tinkerer, or just a coffee lover. A few simple rules keep it useful and friendly for everyone.

1. Be respectful. Treat others the way you'd like to be treated. No insults, harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks.

2. Post in the right place. Pick the forum that matches your topic. 

3. Search before posting. Your question may already be answered. A quick look saves everyone time.

4. Repairs are at your own risk. Coffee machines combine mains electricity, hot water, and pressure. Advice here is shared in good faith by the community and our team, but we can't see your machine. Always unplug and depressurise before working on it, follow the manufacturer's guidance, and if you're not confident, stop and contact a professional, or send the machine to us. You are responsible for your own safety.

5. No spam or unsolicited advertising. Don't promote other businesses, drop affiliate links, or post the same message across multiple forums. Sharing a genuinely helpful link is fine.

6. Warranty claims and complaints go through the proper channel. A forum post is not a valid complaint (reklamácia) or return request. For those, use our Refund & Returns page or contact us directly, as that's the only way they're legally registered and handled.

7. Respect privacy. Don't post personal data in public threads, such as order numbers, addresses, or phone numbers.

8. One topic per question. Keep each thread focused so others can find the answer later.

9. Moderation. Our team may edit, move, merge, or remove posts to keep things tidy, and may close threads that break these rules. If something needs attention, flag it or contact us.

Posting here means you agree to these rules. They may be updated as the community grows. Any changes will be announced in this section.
